Challenge: Ford owners had started to consider taking their vehicle for servicing to their local mechanic whose expertise on Ford vehicles is inferior to what the car maker provides.
Strategy: To use fun visuals of experts from different industries than automotive as spokesmen for why Ford is the best option when taking your Ford vehicle for any service need.
Results: 20% increase in comparison to the previous year, having Ford owners scheduling their winter tire changeover with Ford Service ahead of time and avoiding the long lines.
